How do we collect information from you?
We obtain information about you when you use our website, such as when you contact us about products and services, or when you sign up to and participate in a programme provided by us to your employer organisation.What type of information do we collect?
The personal information we might collect from you includes your name, email address and address. It may also include information regarding what website pages are accessed and when. How is your information used?

- Administer and send out orders placed on the Green Rewards eShop
- Seek your views or comments on the services we provide;
- Deal with entries into a competition;

We believe that these forms of communication are an intrinsic part of ensuring that your engagement in the programme works efficiently and that we can communicate to you on your activity in the programme and any rewards that you have earned. Having considered this, we therefore believe that this is a legitimate interest to communicate with you in this manner and such interest is genuinely not overridden by your fundamental rights as a data subject.

We will hold your personal information on our systems for as long as you hold an account with us.
In order to process eShop orders we may share your order details, including name and postal address, with our suppliers so that your order can be fulfilled.
As part of the administration of the programme your details, including name and email address, may be passed onto the sustainability team at Barclays so that they can contact you directly with regards to Go Green. Your details will not be shared with any other parties nor be used to contact you for any other reason.
How you can request, edit or erase the information we hold about you
You have the right to ask for a copy of the information we hold about you. You can do this by emailing us at email@example.com, calling 0207 326 5055 or by writing to us at Jump, 141 – 157 Acre Lane, London, SW2 5UA. We will aim to process your request as quickly as we can and at the latest within 14 days of receiving the request. We will provide the information to you by SFTP (Secure File Transfer Protocol). We may charge a small administration fee of £10 for any excessive or repetitive requests.
You are responsible for the accuracy of the data we hold about you.
